Payment and Cancellation Policy
At Whip It Whips, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payment, cancellations, and rescheduling:
Deposit
There is a required $300 deposit on all Economy Rentals if you do not have Full coverage Michigan Auto insurance.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation if you do so more than 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time. Give us a courtesy call or text to let us know you will be canceling. Please ensure that you cancel your reservation at least 1 hour in advance of your scheduled pick-up time.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your reservation, provided that a vehicle is available on your requested date. Please contact us as soon as possible to inquire about availability and confirm your new reservation details.
