Understanding Our Loyalty Program
Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward you for staying active and up to date with your account. To ensure fairness for all members, please review the following rules regarding earning points and redeeming rewards.
Earning 5 Loyalty Points
If you miss a payment during a rental week, no loyalty points will be given for that week.
Missed weeks will not be credited, even after payments are caught up.
Points will resume once account is current.
Every 4th week of the month, you earn 1 free day. If your payment for that week is past due, you will still receive the free day, but it can only be redeemed once your payment is made on time the following week.
Accumulated free days cannot be used consecutively.
1 free day can be used weekly.
Missed payments = missed points are rewarded to customers that are up to date.
